In Rockland, the semi-private Outaouais Golf Club has courses that are considered among the highest rated in the National Capital Region.  CPGA professionals are onsite to provide lessons, and practice sessions are also available to all golfers.

In Hammond, the Hammond Golf and Country Club is a full-service semi private establishment.  This 18-hole course presents a challenge for players at all levels of play.

Lavigne Natural Parc

Lavigne Natural Parc is located at the north west of Bourget at the corner of Lavigne and Marcil roads.  The parc offers approximatively 5 km of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails.  The trails are accessible from the Parc's parking lot located on Marcil road.
